The browser is very handy on the ps3. like i said it works for games which is most important but most importantly to sony its neccesary for BD.
I hope everyone that discusses this subject knows about every single advantage of having the internet on the ps3 and its many ramifications.

If xbox360 had one im sure they can create a bunch of new ideas in how to implement it on thier limited storage dvd game...
Ps3 has in game browsers with several games already.
my favorite is the MGO rewards shop and burnout paradise and HOME XI.
Its quite useful and can make games LARGER.
